With the 600 series, Mercedes Benz took luxury driving to a new level of sophistication, combining sports car performance with every kind of labor-saving device in a beautifully built sedan. Given its 130 MPH capability, the heavy 600 sedan needed the best brakes money could buy and Mercedes realized this and fitted four-wheel discs that have separate hydraulic circuits front and rear. One of the most luxurious features is the air suspension, which is pressurized at 260 psi and is self leveling by means of two sensing valves front and rear.
