This represents that you are purchasing this vehicle with all faults. Chicago Car Auction Inc. does not guarantee the accuracy of any miles on the vehicle purchased, vehicles are sold with the mileage as “UNKNOWN”. Chicago Car Auction Inc. makes and has made no warranties, stated or implied, including merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. All sales are final and no refunds will be given for any reason.
 

IF - If Sale
IF sales occur when the reserve price of the seller has not been met, but a potential buyer wants to make an offer on the unit after the car has left the lanes. In these circumstances, a buyer advises the auction staff of their bid, which will be relayed to the seller.
 

N/R - Non Runner
These are non running vehicles which could be repaired or salvaged. All non running vehicles are sold AS-IS.
 

NO-RESERVE
A no reserve vehicle is a vehicle where there is no minimum bid to win. The highest bid will be the winning bid.
 

Reserve
A minimum bid for which the vehicle will sell. If the highest bid does not meet the reserve then it will be an If sale.
 

S/G - Seller Guarantee
This represents that the Seller is stating the engine and transmission and differential are in good working order and you have twenty four hours and with a maximum of 125 miles driven to let us know of any problems. If you are disputing a Seller Guarantee, you must have an inspection done at Chicago Car Auction Inc. If you, the buyer are incorrect about the problem you will be responsible for the inspection fee of $50.00 to Chicago Car Auction. If you, the buyer, are correct about the problem then the inspection fee shall be waived. The repair to the vehicle must be $350.00 or more for us to consider returning the vehicle. If we find reason to return the vehicle, you will be given a buyers credit memo for the entire amount paid, no refunds will be given for any reason.
 

T/A - Title Attached
The title for this vehicle is not present at the time of sale, Chicago Car Auction Inc guarantees a title within 10 business days.
